DUNDRUM 3-5 ST PAULS 2-3 Better display this week by the under 12s in sundrenched Dundrum after the soaking they got in Saul last week.When we struggled to get a team together. There were great performances throughout the pitch this week.Fullback line again were very strong in Niall Rooney ,Adele Mcgrattan and Niall Walsh.Ben Cardwell, Josh Clarke and Jordan Hewitt were brilliant on the half back line. David McComiskey and Mairead Kavanagh dominated the second half winning a lot off ball around the middle with Kyle Glavin and Odhran McKibbin doing most of the damage up front well supported by Courtney Steele ,Jude McGee ,Connor McKee and Dieter Currie who was moved from the full-back line to centre full forward because of injury,and still toe-poked a goal. |

Very disappointing game away to Bredagh on Wednesday night. The young troops from St.Josephs were well beaten on the night by a very well organised Bredagh out- fit. Much room for improvement all round. Noiceable performances on the night were far and few between. Brendan Cunningham put in a gutsy performance over the hour and was well assisted by Sean O Rourke at Midfield. Still a few players to join the panel and these additional players should strenghten this talented squad. Feis sevens take place on Sunday at Kilief with St.Josephs Facing near neighbours St. Johns in the first round. All Dundrum minors should meet at Brennans at 12:45. |

Minor match away to Bredagh on Wednesday night. Ballykinlar lads should be collected at 17:45 and Dundrum lads 18:00. Please make a big effort to be on time as we have to be in Belfast at 18:45 for a 19:15 throw in,all minors to attend along with any available U16s. This includes Liverpool and Chelsea Fans. |

The u16s are due to play loughinisland on Tuesday night (check Tuesdays Irish news to confirm this). The match will be held in Dundrum at 7.15 Ballykinlar players requiring a lift should be at the pitch no later than 6.15 |

Minor feis sevens will take this year on Sunday the 4th of May. Any minors wishing to take part should contact myself asap. Minor league football will resume next week, all should attend senior training with their clubs. |

There will be a training session for u16s this thursday night in Dundrum. It will not begin until after the mission at 8.15/8.30 Due to the late start it will be a quick, sharpe session so it is asked that all players be on time. |

Dundrum 2-9 Carryduff 2-3 u-12s great all round performance from Dundrum's under 12. Niall Walsh was strong in nets but could do nothing about the goals because of the square ball rule at under 12s where keepers are not protected. Again the full back line of Dieter Currie, Niall Rooney and Adele McGrattan were on top of their game. Sanctan Byrne was starring at centre half back supported well by Josh Clarkeand Mairead Kavanagh. Aidan Fegan and Kyle Glavin never stopped running in midfield. All the forwards tried really hard with David McComiskey and Odhran McKibben shining not to forget Eimerar Fegan the sharp shooter with two great goals |
